Exchanges and returns
From the date of receipt, you have 14 days to notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase and return the item. The item must not have been used.
The above does not apply to items that have been specially made for the customer (e.g. jewellery featuring specially sourced and selected gemstones, approved by the customer, or jewellery with a personalised engraving). In such cases, the item cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs associated with returning the item. The item must be returned in the same condition, quantity and original packaging as when it was received.
If the item is visibly damaged during dispatch, you must refuse the parcel on delivery and contact us as soon as possible.
