Terms of trade
Kristine Algreen jewelry is unique and handmade, so you will be able to experience minor variations between the jewellery shown and the jewellery you receive.
Order
Once you have completed your trade, you will receive a receipt via email as confirmation.
Prices
All prices are incl. VAT (25%) in Danish kroner (DKK)
Delivery
All shipments are insured, and shipped with PostNord, GLS or UPS
Free shipment in Denmark.
Shipments to the rest of the world: DKK 250,- (special handling and added cost, might be required)
Delivery time is usually 4-14 days for items in stock. Possible extended delivery time will be notified by email immediately after your order has been registered.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or cancel an order, you must send an e-mail with "Cancellation" in the Subject Line, to ka@kristinealgreen.com Please note the order time and order number. Cancellation must be made before kl. 17:00 the same day the order is made.
Payment
Kristine Algreen Jewelry accepts Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. We use QuickPay and NETS to handle payments.
Warranty
There is a 2-year warranty on products purchased from Kristine Algreen Jewellery.
The right of complaint is the customer's right to complain about an item that has defects or deficiencies that were present when the item was sold. The burden of proof lies with the dealer for the first 6 months, with the customer for the following 1½ years.
Should the item unexpectedly break during the complaint period, it will be sent and repaired free of charge at our workshop.
Damage to the product due to operating errors, handling errors, modifications or misuse by the user is not covered by the right of complaint.
Returns
Valid from the date of receipt, you have 14 days to notify you regret the purchase and return the item. The item must not have been used.
The above conditions do NOT apply in the case of goods that are specially made for the customer (eg a piece of jewellery with specially purchased and selected gemstones, approved by the customer, or jewellery with personal engraving). In such cases, the item can not be returned or exchanged.
Please note that you must bear the costs associated with returning the item. The item must be returned in the same condition, quantity and original packaging as it was received.
If the item is visibly damaged during shipment, reject the package upon receipt and contact ka@kristinealgreen.com as soon as possible.
Special provisions for business operators
There is no right of withdrawal for traders. There is a 1-year warranty from the original invoice date. Replacement or repair does not result in a new 1-year warranty period.
